This summer has certainly been an extremely slow one as far as the amount of homes sold compared to previous years. Even with being summer and getting into a home before the new school year starts, we've seen a definite decline. Will that last forever? No.

When the market makes the shift it makes, (like when interest rates drop) - it varies in whether it will shift fast like we saw a couple of years ago or a slow shift, so that would depend on how fast rates drop, if they do. Nevertheless, it will always be changing and we navigate the best way we know how to help our clients in any kind of market.
